As part of the 6th edition of the International Day of Forgiveness
The Circle of Forgiveness is a simple and powerful ritual of guerison of hearts, a modern and secular version of forgiveness. The intention is to work on forgiveness towards others, human and non-human, towards all living things (animal, plant, mineral people, etc.), towards the Earth, and especially towards oneself… To welcome, then to let go and allow uncomfortable emotions to circulate that have remained engraved in us – resentment, fear, sadness, guilt – so that love and joy can circulate more freely in our hearts.
Each circle is an opportunity to live a unique and singular experience to move towards more love, humility, acceptance, awareness and responsibility.
Why with horses? Horses are ultra-connected animals. Mirror of our emotions, they are also said to be the mirror of the soul. They will help us to welcome with humility, authenticity and without judgment who we are, to release our emotions, and to feel the connection of hearts beating in unison. Sophie, guardian of the herd, will accompany you in learning the basics of safety to live the experience of this circle in confidence.
In the program : Circle of Forgiveness from 10 a.m. to 15h. / Shared meal in Spanish hostel mode and exchanges between participants from 15h.
Your facilitiestators: Marie Laurence Hercenberg psychologist, psychotherapist and facilitator of forgiveness circles, Sophie Raty psychopractitioner in transpersonal therapy facilitated by the horse and its 11 horses.
Price from 45 € : A box will be made available allowing you to make a donation in conscience to the horses of the Estate: these donations will be used for the well-being of the horses (Shiatsu, osteopathy or animal communication sessions).
