The Great Baraud

Square and firmly attached to the hillside, the Mas de Baraud houses a large and comfortable 200m² gite comprising the main house as well as an attic loft with independent entrance upstairs.

On the ground floor, the high windows of the living room (37m²) open to the east, ensuring light and freshness, even in the middle of summer, while a large fireplace allows, out of season, to light cheerful fires. Large and friendly too, the kitchen opens onto a long terrace overlooking the courtyard. The two main bedrooms open onto another terrace, nestled in the greenery of a private garden. Depending on the time and the season, these two private terraces offer a choice of shade or sun. The cottage has a bathroom and two shower rooms. An internal staircase leads to an attic bedroom with four beds. An external staircase leads to the large loft with bedroom, kitchen, shower room and large living room which is located in the roof.

The occupants of the Grand Baraud and the Bergerie which is located next door share the use of a beautiful swimming pool with a paddling pool perfectly suited to games for very young children and a solarium equipped with comfortable deckchairs.
