La Magnanerie

 At the end of the courtyard, at the back of the long covered terrace which extends the bakehouse to which the farmhouse owes its name, two steps lead down to a charming private terrace. It is protected on two sides by a stone wall and a Virginia creeper provides delightful shade all summer long. A door separates it from the communal garden and the communal swimming pool (10m x 5m). Three steps lower, the welcoming round door of the old silkworm farm (silkworm farm) opens onto a comfortable living room with thick stone walls, naturally air-conditioned: sheltered from the excesses of summer as well as the cold. A beautiful all-white kitchen extends it. An internal staircase leads up to the bathroom, the separate toilet and a large bedroom connected to the courtyard by a flight of steps.
