Connect with yourself and all kinds of living beings

THE APPROACH OF UNITING WITH ONESELF AND THE LIVING:
a systemic, holistic, transpersonal approach
Uniting with oneself means starting by taking care of one's own ecosystem, it means connecting with all parts of oneself. It means seeking to know oneself better, to listen to and respect oneself, to dialogue with our body, our emotions and our heart. It means exploring, recognizing, accepting with compassion and re-parenting all parts of oneself, to move forward with confidence on the path of life and let our creativity emerge. Thanks to an innovative approach combining polyvagal theory, altered states of consciousness, vibrational instruments and work with horses, Sophie Raty helps everyone find a psycho-corporal balance to be able to move forward with more self-knowledge and inner security on the path of life. Her support is based on kindness, compassion and deep listening, allowing us to welcome all parts of ourselves without judgment, and then to move forward hand in hand with them.
Unite with oneself, to then connect with the other than oneself and all living things, because connection is a physiological need to feel safe and confident: observe, listen to the other than oneself to create a bond with him while respecting his needs and his consent.
Unite with the living to to feel deep within oneself that everything is connected and interconnected.
